It is a matter of great pride for PeopleLink to showcase its ultimate capabilities to power the connectivity at one of the toughest terrains. As we approach the Commissioning of India’s first Hi-Speed Rural Broadband Network at Idukki (Kerala) by Hon. Union Minister for Communications and Information Technology, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad on 12th January 2015 at 1600 Hrs; It is PeopleLink’s Unmatched Capability to connect at Low Bandwidths which is enabling today’s Launch by connecting over 30 Locations (Including State Head Quarters, District Head Quarters, Blocks & Grama Panchayats) to witness the Launch.

Chief Minister, Shri Oomen Chandy; IT & Industries Minister, Shri P K Kunhalikutty; and Panchayats & Social justice Minister, Dr. M.K. Muneer are expected to attend the function to be held at the Park Centre in the Technopark in Thiruvananthapuram. Idukki District collector, Block Presidents, Panchayat Presidents, etc will also be participating in the function through PeopleLink Video Conferencing.

PeopleLink video conferencing powered on the National Optical Fibre Network (NOFN) backbone shall provide visual connectivity for the said offices to witness the launch live.
